Job Description

Our company, Aldi, is seeking a reliable and dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, and organizing merchandise in our warehouse to fulfill orders received from stores. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and applying input to improve processes. As a 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker, you will work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to achieve our budgeted goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.


  • Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
  • Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
  • Maintain warehouse appearance standards and participate in inventory counts.
  • Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
  • Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, and safety of one’s own and others' work and impact to the stores.
  • Ability to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change.
  • Delivers excellent performance by adhering to ALDI policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
  • Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
  • Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments.
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
