Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities by developing cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. This role entails sales, revenue management, profit margin oversight, collections, business development, estimating, ensuring customer satisfaction, and internal team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals, negotiate contracts, and sell all services offered by BluSky.
  • Revenue: Supervise revenue production, ensure timely billings, and provide direction to the project team.
  • Profit Margins: Develop project budgets, maximize profitability, and monitor costs for margin integrity.
  • AR & Collections: Manage accounts receivable, review invoicing terms, perform collection calls, and maintain DSO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in restoration or construction.
  • Construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, project management, and financial acumen.
  • OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
