Our District Managers at Aldi are responsible for supervising the operations of an entire district, overseeing up to six stores, leading employees, and driving sales growth for one of the fastest-growing US grocery retailers. You'll receive up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for this rewarding and challenging position, where you'll be responsible for the operations, management, and performance of a multi-million dollar district. This role covers the areas of Central, Northern & Western New York, and the Capital Region.


  • Implement the organizational Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) into daily operations.
  • Manage and develop store staffing levels.
  • Create and execute action plans to improve operating results.
  • Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
  • Lead and conduct meetings with direct reports.
  • Recruit and recommend qualified employees for team positions.
  • Oversee training, development, and performance of staff.
  • Communicate company strategy and values to foster teamwork.
  • Review competitive pricing and provide product feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic development.
  • Manage store compliance, safety, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Drive project completion through effective prioritization and collaboration.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
