Job Description

The Electro Mechanic Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper performs project management duties, maintenance, and repairs of all pneumatic machines and line equipment. This full-time position requires working the Night Shift from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.


  • Diagnose, plan, and perform operations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment, focusing on control systems, motors, HMI, and PLCs.
  • Execute preventive maintenance activities and monitor equipment condition.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan maintenance activities and drive production goals.
  • Maintain safe, well-organized work areas and comply with safety standards.
  • Identify maintenance improvement opportunities and assist with special projects.


  • Associates/Bachelors degree or 2-3 years of Electro/Mechanical experience in automated manufacturing settings.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, and 3 phase Circuits.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.


  • Starting pay at $30.43/hr, increasing to $32.03/hr after 6 months + $0.50/hr Shift Premium.
