Job Description

City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our City Cruises operation in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This position is based in our DC office and involves collaborating with various teams to execute marketing projects effectively.


  • Support Regional Marketing Director in executing annual marketing plans and promotions in the Northeast region.
  • Coordinate on-site activities related to promotions, events, and guest engagement.
  • Manage marketing collateral and materials across ports in the region.
  • Oversee local website content and partner with PR team for online event listings.
  • Assist with social influencer program, budget tracking, and vendor contact databases.
  • Participate in a variety of related meetings and other assigned duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Required to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of design platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
