Job Description

The Member Experience Specialist (MES) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating a fun and meaningful experience for our members and guests during every visit. This includes greeting members in a friendly manner, building personal connections with them, addressing issues promptly, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the club is clean. Additionally, the MES team plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of VASA Fitness, selling memberships, encouraging upgrades, and conducting gym tours.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
  • Greet guests and members warmly and provide clear direction, accurate information, and support.
  • Familiarize with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-ons, and class formats.
  • Offer club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, and book personal training consultations.
  • Continuously seek to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating on improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to VASA's operational standards by following check-in processes, completing daily cleaning and club maintenance, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
