Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, Peabody, Massachusetts

Job Description

We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our community at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in addressing the needs of our residents and ensuring a high standard of care and safety. Your focus will be on providing support services, conducting resident assessments, and fostering resident engagement.


  • Responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, through direct referral or by the review of incident reports
  • Conducting assessments of potential residents
  • Recommending appropriate levels of residency
  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety
  • Developing referral networks within the community for available services
  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents

  • Compensation: $52,000 - $64,000 Depending on Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of geriatric population and dementia preferred
