Job Description

The Route Sales Representative position at Frito-Lay North America offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. As a full-time representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay’s complete line of products to various local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. Operating a Frito-Lay truck, you will work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales while maintaining detailed records throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master the basics of the role during dedicated driving and selling training
  • Run routes for team members, visit different stores, and cultivate relationships with new customers
  • Boost sales on the route by building relationships, selling displays, and completing national initiatives
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule with dedicated time
  • Work in a fast-paced and physical environment

Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
